My regular mower is out of town and i needed service so I scheduled my first mow for July 25, ****. No one showed up or contacted me until the next day with a text saying they don't service my area. They have sent service quotes to me twice.now through GreenlPal. My address is available on the work order. Why is J&J Lawnservicers sending me quotes to complete work outside of their service area?

Well, they showed up two days after the date you told me to expect them and then they forgot to do my bushes and that was the main reason I agreed to contract your company in the first place. I was looking for a new landscaping company due to the fact of inconsistency with my previous landscaping company.

Horrible customer service. Canceled at 645 pm on the day they scheduled as my 1st mow after waiting all week. They bid on my property so they knew my address, but suddenly after waiting all day for them my property is out of their service area.
