Heartland, Texas, is a distinct community in Kaufman County, but it’s still a town in development. It might take a while for some services you might find elsewhere in the DFW area to come around. The point is valid about lawn care services in the Heartland area. But the good news is that there are more than enough yard maintenance entities in Kaufman County and elsewhere in the DFW area that can serve you. GreenPal can help you find a service that fits your property and your budget.
We at GreenPal want to serve homeowners around Heartland by helping them find quality lawn care and landscape maintenance services. You can use the GreenPal app whether you are down south near Hollis Dietz Elementary School or north near Barbara Walker Elementary School. Just because you live further from the rest of the DFW area doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a quality service.
We work our hardest to find the best grass cutting services Heartland residents can hire. We work with various local business agencies such as the Kaufman Chamber of Commerce to see who is available. We also check on the services and efforts these companies offer to see if they are legitimate groups worth trusting.
The companies we contact here at GreenPal will provide us with descriptions of their services. We’ll publish these write-ups to let people know what they can expect out of who they wish to hire. We also take in reviews from prior customers who have hired these entities through our app. You can use both sources to learn more about what you can employ.
Everything we provide on the GreenPal app is about giving you the information you need surrounding who’s available in Heartland. With GreenPal, you’ll find details on who can serve you and what works for your yard.
You can get an estimate for services based on your location as well. You have the option to reserve an appointment with a company as well. There’s also the option to switch between companies if you’re trying to find someone else, or you need to hire someone with a different specialty.
The best part is that there will be plenty of services available for you to hire regardless of where you live in Heartland. Homeowners around the newer southern properties on Wheatland Trail can find companies that can travel to their homes. You can also find people if you’re a little closer to the interstate highway and Abbey Road. Everyone can find someone worthwhile for their needs, whether it entails lawn mowing or landscape maintenance.
The app is also free to use. The only expense you’ll have is the cost of the services you hire.
You can download the GreenPal app today to find lawn care services around the Heartland area. There are more choices for you to explore today than what you might expect. With GreenPal, you’ll simplify the effort needed for finding someone that works for you.

This has been the worst experience I have had with a lawn service company. I was quoted $40 through GreenPal to mow my lawn and blow the leaves from the front yard. My property is very small — there is no grass in the front besides a narrow strip by the sidewalk, and the backyard is also a small lot. The grass was not tall, yet I was later charged an additional $20 without any prior communication or approval. After a lengthy text exchange, they informed me that any grass over 3–4 inches is considered “tall” and subject to an extra charge. This was never communicated to me before the work began. Additionally, I specifically requested leaf blowing for the front yard, which was reflected in the GreenPal app. When they told me the job was complete, I asked about the leaves in the front. They stated they were not aware that leaf blowing was included. I asked them to review the order in the app, and they responded that they “missed it.” They also said they did not have trash bags or a rake to complete the leaf removal. At that point, my realtor even offered to provide bags so they could finish the job, since we had a new tenant moving in that weekend. However, they declined, stating they had other jobs in the area and would need to return the next day. Because I had tenants moving in on Saturday, I ended up cleaning the leaves myself using a broom and rake. To make matters worse, on Sunday evening I received a bill for $140 for the work performed. I was completely shocked. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this company. In my experience with other lawn service providers on GreenPal, any additional charges are clearly communicated and approved before work begins. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

They did a great job
