Gerald was extremely unprofessional, has 0 communication skills and does a half job. Came to quote my lawn for a longer cut, I paid for that quote, he only cut the front and left the back completely untouched. I set up for biweekly service and he never returned. Called and texted numerous times. Asked him to quote me for the back to be done as well after he failed to, told me he would come do It tomorrow and never showed. Weeks later I’m asking if he’s ever coming back and he says “nah you can find someone else”. First response I’ve gotten in weeks. Blu Vision and Gerald are an absolute joke. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
