I would attach pictures and screenshots if I could, but the best I can do is copy/paste the text messages that were sent/received. 7/7/2025 Me: Hey there, whoever came out to do my lawn today put holes in my siding in 2 different places while they were edging. I know it happens sometimes and I’ve never really been too bothered by it when it’s at the very bottom, but one of the holes is 3 or 4 panels up and the other one is just very visible right beside my back door. Debbie Does It: I am sorry that happened. We can have it repaired in house for ya. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Me: Ok, sounds good…any idea when someone will be able to come do the repairs? Debbie Does It: In all honesty, if it's not a huge deal, early next week. I continued to use them through the fall because I felt like it would be difficult to find another business with availability mid-summer. I will definitely not be using Debbie Does It again and am looking for a new lawn service. I probably would have continued to use them if they had actually followed through with repairing my siding like they said they would. I just wanted to relay my experience for anyone who chooses to use this company.
