I purchased an Echo CS-310 chainsaw from LL&G about a year ago and had a great buying experience, but the service department has unfortunately lost my future business. I brought the saw in for a stripped bar stud and requested a chain sharpening only if necessary. Despite the saw being just over a year old, there was no warranty support offered. More frustratingly, I was charged $78 for unauthorized work. They replaced the chain entirely ($25) without calling to authorize it, plus a half-hour labor charge.
