Five-star lawn mower tune-up at Crockett Service Center in Dallas! Customer service wise was excellent. Brought in hedge trimmer that just exploded-still under warranty. At least they know if be shafted and told me Echo would say its my fault for exploding and screw me on the warranty and not pay for it(which i confirmed with Echo themselves) but at least the dealer gave me a heads up saving me the deposit. He also brought it to my attention echo does not cover labor - even under warranty(7year is BS parts only), so i chucked the hedge that exploded and replaced my other broken echo blower ignition myself.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable in just about every aspect that comes to lawn equipment, both homeowner and commercial. Their responsiveness in contacting customers, myself included, in regards to parts arrival and machine readiness (service department) have have only improved in the many years I have done business with them. My “go to” for parts and service for my machines.
Could be better — lawn mower tune-up at Crockett Service Center in Dallas. Took a mower in for tune up and to repair a cracked gas tank. Tank needed to be replaced, which would require ordering a new one, taking approx a week. Crockett was able to swap-out from another unit - what would have taken a week or more was competed in just a few hours, and saved a bunch of $$ on an older mower. Great service experience!
