Poor customer service, high prices, and unorganized. I walked in and explored the shop, and not once was I asked if I needed anything—even though I was the only customer in the store. I try to support small businesses when I can, but when they ignore you as you walk in the door, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
This shop is a serious place for serious gardeners. We bought a bag of lawn fertilizer recommended by our gardener and lightly sprinkled it on my sister’s nearly dead lawn. Within two weeks, it looked like it had been professionally installed!
I needed parts for an old Homelite generator and a Montgomery Wards rototiller, both with Briggs & Stratton 5 hp engines. They were very helpful and had the parts I needed to get both machines running well again. Their prices were fair, and the parts I needed were in stock. Thanks to the team for the help! Other places closer to me didn’t even want to bother assisting.
